Best Atkins Shake
I usually hate the taste of low carb shakes and pre-packaged foods but, this one exceeded my expectations! If you’re craving a strawberry/banana shake and still in the induction phase this is a must. Also try blending this shake with a handful of ice and an ounce or two of cream cheese and you’ll have yourself an almost perfect treat!!
Lost 41lbs and counting…
I work 10 hour shifts with no breaks. I had been gaining weight over the years and my brother talked me into trying Atkins as he lost a good deal of weight on it. I’ve lost 41 lbs so far. I keep these at work and make sure I get something in my body every 2 hours….a shake or a bar….and keep my carbs to under 30. It’s working!
Alot better than shakes I’ve gotten in the past
I haven’t bought Atkins shakes in a few years. These are alot better in terms of taste and texture. I was quite pleasantly surprised, actually. They are smaller than the cans I used to get, and alot more expensive than getting the powder I used to get, but definitely tastier. Easy breakfast for someone who doesn’t like to eat breakfast — if you can afford them. My only wish is that they were available through subscribe and save, which saves some money. I get the berry ones that way to mix with frozen fruit in the blender for lunch, which works out pretty well. If the shipping cost is high and you get them regularly, I’d look into Amazon prime, since then you don’t have to pay for shipping on anything from Amazon for the year, and as a bonus everything comes in 2 days.

Yummy strawberry banana flavor. Love Atkins shakes as they are convenient and low carb. Great for a grab and go snack or meal.
Good
If you’ve had their normal Strawberry shake, it tastes the same just with added banana flavor. The tops on these are nice nice they are resealable and you don’t need a straw.
Great taste and quite filling!
I just began the OWL phase of Atkins and wanted something different for breakfast other than eggs and bacon, etc. These just hit the spot and I even ordered more this morning. They taste really great and seem to satisfy my appetite. I am drinking my coffee now and don’t feel deprived of having a complete breakfast. I highly recommend these shakes along with the Atkins meal bars.
Wonderful tasting shake
I really like waking up to this shake. When served cold, it tastes like real fruit and milk, and it easily takes the place of a light breakfast. Plus it has very low carb impact. I love the taste of this shake, and I’ll definitely purchase again.
